[Suggestion] Tutorial and Travelling to Chapters for the First Time

This is a compilation of ideas I posted in another thread which I think will benefit the whole community with as we get more and more chapters and new players.

New Player:
1. Wailing Prison Tutorial is first - always.
2. In the room/house where you arrive in your alliance starting area there will be a note or object for each chapter. Selecting this object will take you to that Chapter.
3. First time travelling to a Chapter will start the cinematic and place you in the starting area (on the ship->Firemoth for Morrowind for example)
  • All newly created characters on an account with a character who has already done the Wailing Prison may skip the tutorial.
  • The Chapter intro areas no longer need Tutorial aspects.
  • No player may "skip" the Chapter intro areas. The cinematic may be cancelled, but the areas themselves are just a small taste to get the story going and can be sped through in 5 minutes if you want. Also, allows every character access to the Skill Point from these intro areas that they currently have no access to!

Exsiting Characters:
1. Travel to the new chapter immediately starts the cinematic and then places you in the intro area - instead of a quest start in collections it could easily be "Travel to Morrowind" or "Travel to Summerset"
2. Player completes the short intro quest area which sets the stage/mood for the Chapter and exits walking into the main quest start (Bouyant Armiger injury in Morrowind or the guy running from "monsters" in Summerset.
3. Player now does whatever they want to!

As more and more chapters are added existing players miss out on those story elements in the intros - which are really well done by your Team and you should want to show them off!

Summerset Intro
Having a short cinematic of the player travelling before getting mind trapped would be smoother story-wise (or hell even just a little text somewhere). Upon playing it on a new character I have no idea how my physical body arrived in the ruin. I imagine I was attempting to port to Shimmerene when a certain Sload decided he didn't want me involved in current events and Mind trapped me which caused the teleport to divert a bit from the intended destination.

Currently, existing characters do not meet a certain Sload until much later in the Chapter - while new characters have this extra background information. Also, the Mind Trap is amazing looking and the idea of it is great! Everyone should get to see it!

I agree with this very much. I started ESO last week, and when I started out in Morrowind, I was very confused about soul gems and why I could be resurrected from them, etc.
