No sound on the pts server
when I start I have sound up to the login screen. After that all is silent. Only rare sound effect. Its is very annoying playing in silence. I did check my windows mixer and it is not muted for pts server. I have no problem with NA server.

✭i normally play without sound and listen to my own music. but on the pts i wanted to hear the sounds of summeerset and i had no problems at all. when i have read your title, i already thought its about missing the voices of npcs, which is nomal for the pts for new chapters and dlcs.
but i guess its just a bug again.0 -
its a shame that eso does not read these and solve them. I have seen a second tread now with just the standard reply that does not work. They have an issue and it is major if some do not have sound and they just reply check windows sound drivers etc. when sound works perfectly in the live but not on test server. I thought that was what a test server was for....to find problems and fix them not just give a standard reply...and in this thread's case none at all.1
