Unplayable Broken Graphics

I've just installed the beta and it's completely unplayable for me. The graphics is broken, constantly distorting and stuttering.
But the strange thing is, I captured gameplay to post here, but the video is perfectly fine, it's just normal gameplay as opposed to my real experience.
I'm playing on a laptop with AMD R5 M230/Intel HD 4600 dual graphics card, Intel Core i5-4200M CPU and 8gb of RAM.
The normal game runs without any problems at medium settings with about 25 FPS.
But the strange thing is, I captured gameplay to post here, but the video is perfectly fine, it's just normal gameplay as opposed to my real experience.
