Is 20k bash hit op ?

Hello,
I just saw that video showing bash hitting between 16 and 20k, and I'm kinda afraid of it.

The gear used is Mechanical Acuity + twice fanged + slimecraw.
Thee guy still had almsot 43k dps spamming bash in his rotation.
Here is my question : Is bash got buffed in summerset or these number are the normal one ?
The problem I see with it is the light attack -> skill -> bash using in PvP. That 20k bash could hit for 6-7k on non tanky player in PvP, and it's kinda too much no ?
I don't have a good knowledge of bash, want your feedback.

There is a bug on PTS where each infused jewel trait is working for all 3 jewels, so you can have your bash damage glyphs with 9 infused bonus instead of 3.
Will be fixed soon.

Lol, it reminds me of a build a certain player was running on PC NA, which, due to his high CP (this was before CP cap), was capable of killing you only with bashes in usually 5-6 hits.0
