Psijic's Calling Map Item Bug

I'm currently doing the part "Find the Augur of the Obscure" where it was pointing me to find the map item. It wasn't showing for me even after doing /reloadui so a fellow player had to direct me where it would be normally lying to pick it up because the quest wasn't pointing me to the actual location of the map. I spent a good half an hour running around seeing if there's a secret room I need to visit.
