Perhaps the Dragonborn will come. Kinda kits with the lore at least.

And I don't mean a DK. Any race can be a DK. I mean actual half human/half dragon.

For races, perhaps maormer, as they already an in-game asset. But it would be difficult to balance and to match lore. On the other hand, I see lots of classes possibilities, like necromancer, unarmed/monk, warrior/barbarian/pure stamina, daedric worshipper with both stamina and magicka oriented versions...

The Elder Scrolls franchise has historically stayed within the continent of Tamriel. There is lore that describes various other races from other continents on Nirn, such as the continent of Alikir and the vampiric serpent race that inhabits it, the Tsaesci.

I feel that ESO has plenty of places left within Tamriel to focus on, especially the largely unexplored Black Marsh and Elsweyr locations. DLC in those locations would be a better use of their resources and would help solidify the background of all 10 races. Plus, I think we all want to see royal lizard assassin bodyguards and Aztec architecture everywhere!

OP, sure, I think so, but they'll most likely be Crown Store exclusive.

    More classes, maybe.

    More races, extremely unlikely.

    More skill lines, most definitely.

I would personally like to see Hand-to-Hand, Polearms, Crossbows and One-Hand and Focus (for Spellsword gameplay) skill lines. Perhaps more Magicka skill lines to.

I think the hotly debated Necromancy issue would be better solved by a skill line than a brand new class.

I'm still surprised there is no Necromancer class, there are Necromancers in the all of the ES games and lore.

First of all khajit and argonians are not even mer. They are beasts, mer races are dunMER, altMER, bosMER, orsiMER.

As for moon phase and their effects, yes their affect to khajits are deep but it is not given in the game through, but then we only visit reapers march, a small part of khajit lands. Maybe in the future we can discover more.

Returning to main topic yes more classes would be sweet but I hope they won't be pay to play like Warden and free to everyone who has base game. As for races 10 races that is playable now seems immersive enough. It has been always 10 race from Morrowind to skyrim( don't know about daggefall and arena) but they still can add akavirs to game with an akaviri invasion chapter.

Yeah, no Daggerfall and Arena didn't even have Imperials (not entirely sure about Imperials) or Orcs, since Orcs were classified as enemies.

One could say the beast races are also called "Betmer", but all in all, they are beasts first and foremost.

The only race anyone could see being added anytime soon is the Maormer as they already have character models and they can (probably) use all of the body/face markings as the other elves. The Maormer are also getting a new motif (altho the way of obtaining it is tentative), that reflects their culture of sea serpents. It's not called Maormer tho, it's called Pyandonean.
Maormer makes some sense and they are an real race. You could add more Khajiit types the anime catgirl like ohmes-raht would be easy to add as in reskin and bosmer and add tail.
No digtigrade as it would be to hard at this point :(:( Quadruple would be way harder.
Reachmen is another one, not technically an race but extreme different from other Breton in culture.
Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.

Tbh Reachmen could be the Stamina version of the Breton. Like all the passives Bretons have, just stamina for the Reachmen.

The Maormer could have increased swim speed, more lightning dmg, and reduced magicka costs (just spit balling here).

I had a great idea of how to introduce these races too. Make a dlc or chapter or whatever for the enemies of the Factions. Maormer, Reachmen, and a third race (I'd like to see the Naga race from Murkmire if it ever comes out).
