preview rotation locked

We are now unable to rotate crown store or vendor previews of furnishings or costumes or mounts. In fact, the inventory menu will not allow the character to rotate anymore either.
The only place it seems to work is in collections, but not if you select a polymorph. It locks then.

✭This seems to happen after the first time you preview furnishing items at a vendor.
I was previewing the new psijic furnishing items and plans at the vendor in Artaeum when I hit the bottom of the list, automatically ending the previews as the next items had no preview. I tried to preview the items above again and no rotation, no matter how many times I closed and re-opened the vendor window.
