Crystal Fragments Bug(?)

I have been testing some sorcerer stuff in PTS, and i just don't get any Crystal Fragments procs. Does anyone have the same issue? I tested like hundreds of times but i just didn't get one single proc.

I wasn't having an issue with frags proccing. It was actually proccing a bit for me,

Seems for me, the animation of the c-frags proccing (the one that shows on the ability bar) was not showing. I did hear the sound it makes, but missed it many times because glow wasn't showing on the ability bar.

Sounds like your combat UI addon isn't active. The glowy box on your ability bar isn't part of the base game. You have to watch for the proc around your hands and listen for the sound. Or you can activate your addon of choice.

Yep that's true. However in my case i didn't hear any sound nor see effect on my hands $:\$
