I was simply looking at the new sets in the patch notes ... not sure what you’re referring to.

This is true, but then you can just use another heavy attack and call it a day because incap will only take 3-4k of my 35k health. And something tells me that the stamblade will run out of magicka before I do because heavy attacks on a resto staff are quite generous when it comes to magicka return.

Ahhh, right. Sload is a crafted set. That's a bit problematic.

Knight Slayer Set
(2 items) Adds 1096 Max Magicka
(3 items) Adds 129 Spell Damage
(4 items) Adds 1206 Max Health
(5 items) Your fully-charged Heavy Attacks against Players deal an additional 9% of their Max Health as Oblivion Damage.
Sload’s Semblance
2 – 1096 Maximum Magicka
3 – 1096 Maximum Stamina
4 – 129 Spell Damage
4 – 129 Weapon Damage
5 – Damaging an enemy has a 10% chance to put a Leeching Shadow on them, dealing 853 Oblivion Damage every 1 second for 6 seconds. This effect can occur every 6 seconds.
Do those 2 effects even stack?

You know knight slayer was nerfed to no longer apply on each tick of resto or lightning staves, right?

Even more so on stamina builds ironically because you can continuously gap close to prevent the tether from breaking.
