[BUG] Housing Containers

The containers from housing appear to now dump their entire contents into a character's inventory when you leave the cell via the door. This appears to have also resulted in item loss, as the containers vastly exceed personal inventory limits.
Placing items in a container, and walking out results in everything being returned to the character's inventory.

Yup, this is a huge problem. Must be fixed before live.0
