WebGet Request Failed - PTS download

Constantly getting the error on the launcher after a few minutes of it "downloading" at about 30kbps. Trying to do a fresh download of the PTS since I didn't have it installed. Looks like I won't be able to test anything for a while.
I had to clear up *MORE* HDD space. I thought 118GB would be enough, and it wasn't so now I'm stuck in some sort of PTS hell trying to redownload after it failed because it needs > 118GB to install.

✭✭Same issue here, but my girlfriend's download is working fine.
Gets to 1.8GB left, WebGet failure, followed by Content Write Failure, then the download resets.0
