Doubt I'll be able to resist poking around a bit, especially with jewellery crafting, but I plan to leave off the MQ until the initial rush has died down.

I will be playing it the day after it comes out, as my experience with Morrowind, best wait a day for things to download, patch and maybe errors (I do not want to be negative but....) as with some patches recently some major connection issues come with them.

Best not get frustrated, wait a couple of days after it comes out and then play.

This chapter and the last have been huge disappointments to me. I really don't understand why people are so excited about this. Some pretty trees and more quest have fun for 3 weeks then never return.

To see all of Tamriel and as well the summerset isles is a dream of many (and ESO is delivering on this over time), who are playing TES for more than a decade now. For them a new region is not just a source of quests, but this "finally I can go there and experience it myself" kind of thing. We heard of all these regions in the lore, but to finally be able to go there and visit it ourselves, is what makes it so exciting. So far this was all just in our imagination, but now we can see, how it is intended to look like, and experience and explore it ourselves. I personally like the recreation of Morrowind at a much earlier time than we visited it last time in TES:Morrowind. I somewhat miss the barren ashlands with it's nasty dust storms, but that's just me, I guess.

As for Summerset, I’ll unlock Psijic ASAP on whatever toom I have chosen as my main. I’m in no rush for the rest of the content so I’ll probably finish the storyline over the course of the year.

I’ll be calling In sick the day after the chapter launch’s. I learned from playing 7 years of Warcraft, patch day is the worst day to take off. Patching eats half the day at least. Might as well do it the day after so I can stay up late playing the night of launch and be able to play all the next day.

I'll log in for an hour at night, but I don't see the point in taking a day off when the game will be a laggy mess. Instead I'll take a couple days off a week or two after release.

As excited asI am for summerset to launch, I wish they would have picked another zone. I am really worried that they might ruin it with sketchy MMO graphics and crude designs. Summerset should have been released as the TES 6 title, perhaps exceeding Skyrim in awesomeness!

I'll probably wait a week or two until the dust settles, then dip my toe in the water so far as the new content is concerned. I finished Morrowind well after the rush and have barely scratched the surface so far as Clockwork City is concerned. The same is true of those DLCs that preceded One Tamriel as I deliberately left them until I had hit level 50 as I didn't want to out-level the base game, and somehow I've not quite got round to completing any of them yet.

Then again, my usual approach to the actual launch day of a major patch is to play something else entirely.

I'm a freelancer, and I have one job ending and another starting in May. There's actually a 2-week overlap where I will be running myself ragged doing project backups, putting out any final fires, etc. on one job while setting up and beginning work on the new one.

I'm sure you can guess where May 21 falls in that schedule.

Assuming I'm being a good student during my summer semester and caught up on work... Playing Summerset. Otherwise working on either Computer Security, Information Security, or Linear Algebra schoolwork and dying slowly on the inside.
