Returning Player, Imperial Edition Transfer from PC to PS4

Hello everyone,
I'm a returning player. I was around from Beta to a few months after launch, but I had some life stuff going on so I left. For a while. I picked up a PS4 copy of Morrowind recently and created an account. I linked my PC account to it, where I have the Imperial edition purchased.
I read a few forums and it appears that my characters and Imperial edition should transfer, but it hasn't yet. Is there a lag to the carry over? Is there something I need to do?
Currently, no characters have transferred, I can not use the Imperial class, and I do not have mounts and pets.
Any advice would be appreciated.

There is no platform transfer for ESO.1 -

✭✭✭✭✭I know the Imperial Edition (the standalone one not the crown store one) can be on both servers, NA and EU. But I don't think it transfer across platforms.
Added: characters don't ever transfer whether server or platform. ZOS did it once and can't use the same method anymore.Edited by VaranisArano on April 14, 2018 2:57AM1 -
