As for shader mods, I'd recommend the ESO Graphics Extender. Adds real time DoF, extended draw distance/obj load, and a few other fancy tricks to make the game look more like a modded Skyrim/Oblivion game. The only at least to my knowledge graphic modification that has custom shaders designed for ESO and a custom reshade version modified to allow buffer access.

Here's an older video on it.

    But...it's already full HD?

Yeah HD textures need usually 5sec more to load... quite funny when you're talking to an NPC who's armour resolution is Win95 quality and out of sudden he's wearing the finest clothes while he had no time to change. Some strange magic in this game.

I suspect the OP wansa texture pack such as was made for Skkyrim.

What they are not taking into account is that not everyone, in fact most people I know of that play this game are not running hiugh end gaming rig's.

Since people already complain about FPS drops during large encounters (skyreach mobs / trial mobs / zerg's) I can only imagine how bad it would be for them.

I run an 8th Gen i7 Watercooled / GTX 1080 Watercooled / SSD - Most people I know that play the game are using laptops, usually gen 5 or older i5's with fairly basic graphics cards.

So while it would be fine for me, I think that alot of people would see FPS drops in the base game, and even worse in situations where it really makes a difference.

Zerg vs Zerg is great for me, even with a 300+ latency because everyone else has low FPS allowing me to survive and get kills I probably shouldn't be entitled to get.

yeah, but you didn't have to install the Skyrim texture pack. I'd like an OPTIONAL pack. If I'd meant what you think I'd have asked for a massive graphics enhancement

Im not sure it would be a good idea. Remember the awfully bloated and ineffective 4K res pack Bethesda made for Fallout 4? It's size is as large as the entire Fallout 4 game (effective doubling your installation size!), it didn't really improve the visuals that much, many textures still weren't improved at all (so is still low res), and it had a very noticeable impact on game performance increasing stuttering, fps drops, fps in general and loading times. And then you still have to rely on community made high res texture packs to fix all the shoddy low res textures.

Instead I suggest you can use Reshade to get some great effects and perhaps mimmick some highres. It does have a learning curve and there are limitations.

Here is a screenshot from some delve with my personally customized Reshade settings (the imgur compression doesn't give the details full justice unfortunately, it does look better in the original image file, so here's a dropbox link to the original file (make sure to see it at 100% zoom): https://www.dropbox.com/s/sgktcu31iuj634b/ESOdelveReshade.png?dl=0):

cheers I'll take a look, but NVIDIA has it maxed already I think

Try using a shader mod - Heroic 3.11 Realistic preset looks fantastic really changes my game and can't play without it

Or just use reshade with the base effects and make your own preset (its really not that difficult to do from scratch its just number changes and box ticks lol)

That said, preset looks nice ^^
