Unless in future new dungeon/trials we have something that you need to sprint somewhere in a limited amount of time and you are dead if you are mag build with low stamina...it's useless in PVE
in PVP...well it's still kinda useless
Unless we actually have some new skills that scale of movement speed, lol
It was in this discussion about which new trait is worst that I realize something that scale off movement speed is actually doable....on mount!
The stamina riding skill is kinda useless atm, since it probably don't do much besides helping you run away from combat, now here is the idea:
1.You can summon your mount in combat (so that mount is not something you can have only before enter combat)
2.Skill, or even just a PVP mechnic, that you implement damage on enemy when youcharge into him/her, and the damage is scaling off your current speed (which includes, horse speed training, new swift trait, major/minor speed boost)
It would be situational considering you can't exactly risking the off-the-horse snare in a close area, it would only work well in plains, and you will need enough stamina (or clever enough) to hit the target before they knock you off the horse.
Sounds interesting enough to you?

and IF spear weapon skill is out this would just merge perfectly and provide flavor to PVP (And with it in mind perhaps we can finally see some mounted enemy, we honestly never had one in any ES games)
