Swift: up to +30% movement speed should speed things up.

That trait should be very nice for questing, exploring and most of all farming. Probably worth it to have an second set of jewelery with it for use here.
Just remember to switch back before dungeons, not only because you do less damage but because tank will be very happy then you outrun him :)

Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.

Nope. Speed cap. That plus rapids and you’re already capped and not getting full benefits.

I'm planning to use some on my mule character so I can run around guild stores faster.

    Swift: +30% movement speed
    ZoSift: +30% lag

Net result: 0% increase to movement speed.

I know about speed cap but think is +100% speed or something. Yes you have sets who also give speed bonus but if you use crafted jewelry its easy to make an extra set.

garbage trait, there are already speed sets that are not used because its so niche. People use them specifically for material gathering...and thats about it, maybe questing. I myself will never bother to forge a set for that when I can just use charging manuever and its good enough, why lose real set bonuses for that? I mean, I already dont enjoy questing and barely ever do them...doing them faster just makes it seem like that much more of a chore, if you hate questing that much, why quest in the first place?

I’ll sacrifice 2400 max magic in pvp for 30% movement speed on multiple characters. I’ll definitely try on

I remember the days that being a vampire and having the Nights Silence set made my sneak super fast.

Vigor don't work well as main is mag sorc, has thought of converting to stamina for mobility but im an way better healer than DD.

It would be very helpful for people running up and down in PVP for sure. They dont have spend expedition potions and use expedition skills. Very helpful for my stamnb in PVP.

I love to see everyone is swift in PVP and everyone running up and down & circle around a tree. With ORC warden expedition buff with swift , no one can kill . Already people doesn't have common decency of dying quickly , when chased by mob. Always circling around everything .

    Happy chasing.

Obviously for cyrodil transport did not think as primary pve and zergling in pvp. But yes you loose <3K resorces for an say +25% speed (this assumed purple) would be an major benefit, you swap at destination.
Note if you pvp a lot you are overloading with transmute crystals anyway.

And dressing room is awesome, started using it in dungeons, you can swap bar setup and gear with an click.
Yes you go from an rather weak but tanky DD with excellent CC on trash to an trial level tank with an button click.
Consoles should get it too, no copying it and selling for 10K crowns would be pay to win in the most literal sense.
You would obviously want an tank or healer with if for an dungeon.
For PvP you have more modes, transport , defense and attack, better pvp player than this zerglings can get into details.

As I read its +100% of current running speed. this might be wrong it was nerfed because of battleground.
