Can't get logged into game

Played yesterday - took a break for a couple of hours and when I attempted to log in again received the message that my computer was not authorized to login to this account and that a code was sent to my account email address. No email arrived. Followed all the items recommended but still no email. After several hours decided to just change my email address since my feeling is that Comcast is blocking completely the emails from ZOS. So filled out the form and submitted to have my account recovered and my email changed. So far I have still heard nothing from ZOS and I can't check on the status of my Service Ticket because when I log into the Support Site I get the same message that my computer is not authorized to login to the portal and that a code has been sent. It's a vicious circle. Any other way to check the progress of my service ticket since my current account email is not receiving these codes?

    Still no response from anyone on this and still no resolution. I still can't log into the game - and would really like to be able to participate in the Anniversary Event. Not sure why it is taking so long to respond to my Service Ticket to Recover my Account.

    Still waiting for ZOS to respond to my Service Ticket regarding not being able to login. It's been over 24 hours so far. One would think that no access to a game for which you pay for a Plus membership subscription would get a little better attention than no attention at all. If I sound frustrated - I am. This is my first time to every submit a ticket ever (been a member since 2013) and now I see why so many users complain about the lack of Customer Service. If there is a secret to get ZOS to at least respond, please, someone let me know what it is. I was really looking forward to playing the Anniversary Event, but if it takes 2 weeks as some have said to get a response then I guess I am out of luck. How very disappointing and not an experience I would wish upon anyone. We should at least have the option to receive emails, texts, or automated phone calls to receive our access code.
