Can't get logged into game
Played yesterday - took a break for a couple of hours and when I attempted to log in again received the message that my computer was not authorized to login to this account and that a code was sent to my account email address. No email arrived. Followed all the items recommended but still no email. After several hours decided to just change my email address since my feeling is that Comcast is blocking completely the emails from ZOS. So filled out the form and submitted to have my account recovered and my email changed. So far I have still heard nothing from ZOS and I can't check on the status of my Service Ticket because when I log into the Support Site I get the same message that my computer is not authorized to login to the portal and that a code has been sent. It's a vicious circle. Any other way to check the progress of my service ticket since my current account email is not receiving these codes?
