On PC all your screenshots will be saved automatically to a folder. Which folder depends on your screenshotting method. You can then create a website and upload all the images to it.

If you are on xbox, your screenshots are saved to your xbox, uploaded to xbox live if there's space, and posted to your feed, depending on your privacy settings. You can manually transfer your screenshots via the xbox app or a usb device and upload them to a website, or link your xbox feed to the website.

With PS4 I believe the screenshots are saved to your playstation, and you can then share those to a social media platform or manually transfer them with a usb device to your computer, from which you can then upload to a website.

As far as I know there is no legal problem, as you can already use screenshots in a public manner like this with no issue. When you take a particular screenshot, like a photo, it is your intellectual property, even if the subject is not. Some game companies dispute this, specifically like Nintendo with videos of their games on youtube, but Zenimax Online Studios doesn't have a stick up their butt like some other game companies can. Regardless, still images are a bit different from video, and if you're not using them for profit there should be no problem at all. I'm not a legal expert, but I'm very familiar with this issue, and I personally have a couple screenshots and videos from ESO specifically, for a profit, posted online, with no negative issues. If you'd like to look into it more there's plenty of material about this out there, with intellectual property and copyright law, specifically about videogames and publishing game assets in different forms.

tl;dr Legally, you can make a very strong case that you personally own any images you take. If you are not making a profit though, publishing screenshots is almost definitely not even going to present the need for that defense. There should not be an issue with publishing your own screenshots, or others' screenshots (with their permission).

EDIT: Oh, and when in doubt, it's always a safe move to attribute the images. If you post something of ESO, make a note of that in the description of the post, and if someone else took the screenshot, put that on there too.

Thank you very much for your info. It helps me much. About that attributes, there I thought about creating some watermark somewhere in the corner of the photo, carrying such information, but this is way more better. Maybe both, watermark cant harm the scenery and description such as: "property of Bethesda Softworks LLC, created by EyelessCZ or similiar.

THX again, see ya oneday in Tamriel ;)
