I know it looks bad but they do have our best at heart. So I suggest opening a ticket with techical support. You do this by website app or /bug in game.
As a player try to see if new character creation. Maybe a secret nightblade Nerf. No I just to to lighten the mood. Is only in cydrolli?0 -

Have them escalate it to advance technical support. If nothing else as one of public relations people directly to look at your ticket. That's pretty old issue.

I've been playing since first beta and the main thing I want is new stuff to do in pve, preferably for new currency we can spend at special vendors for gear, furniture, etc. I highly doubt that will happen with geysers, but it'll be nice to see some new content rather than just another new zone with the same things they all have0 -
