Double billed for ESO plus and support just sends generic replies

last month I was double billed for eso plus, I am currently on a 1 month recurring subscription, now my account shows I'm good till may 26th (yes it's been over 10 days now) and all support does is reply with generic answers like they have received reports about people not receiving entitlements. This literally has nothing to do with my issue, why is it so hard for these reps to simply refund me my 15 dollars? Is zenimax that desperate for money? Either way I have cancelled my sub, Zenimax has proven they can't be trusted with my debit card anymore, and unless someone replies I'm just going to file fraud, because this is ridiculous.

    Just explain to your bank you was double charged and ask them to do a charge back. I give businesses 3 business days to reverse charges and then i call the bank and have them do it.

    ^ Don't do that. ZOS often suspends accounts that do chargebacks.

    Wow, apparently support here can't read either, look at this response

There was an issue with entitlements last week where purchases were not going through properly. If your funds have not been released in another business day, our support team will follow-up further.     FOR THE 18 DAMN TIME IT WASN'T ABOUT AN ENTITLEMENT NOT GOING THROUGH!!! IT WAS ABOUT IT GOING THROUGH TWICE WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION!!!!

    I guess it's a good thing I reached out to the email they give you when you cancel your sub, they were able to understand the issue and refund me fairly quick. Still took 2 weeks to get a refund though, I am done buying a subscription, at least with my credit card, good job showing me zenimax can't be trusted and your support staff can't read.

    HI no offense, I can't read at times to. Some words are really hard for me to understand. Plus need look dictionary at times, which is outmost true. I tend get my readers confused as well. But my readers tend to tell me that, so I can clarify clearly. At times, I do get myself confused. With my writing as well. I grateful to get help, even if wasn't expect. Others could've choosen to ignore you. My spirits tend to bother me, in friendly terms. Yet shouldn't we all be grateful that, all things are straighten already. I'm truly glad everything is fixed for you. If you not want to sub thats up to you and your choice only. But thanks to the 2ND reply form ZOS here. I guess it worked out fine, even if has to go through multiple people. Most of time it has to through panel. Rather or not, it will take time and patience. But I glad everything worked out :)
