last month I was double billed for eso plus, I am currently on a 1 month recurring subscription, now my account shows I'm good till may 26th (yes it's been over 10 days now) and all support does is reply with generic answers like they have received reports about people not receiving entitlements. This literally has nothing to do with my issue, why is it so hard for these reps to simply refund me my 15 dollars? Is zenimax that desperate for money? Either way I have cancelled my sub, Zenimax has proven they can't be trusted with my debit card anymore, and unless someone replies I'm just going to file fraud, because this is ridiculous.
