ESO Plus subscription not activated after purchase

Hiya,

About an hour ago I purchased 30 days of ESO plus using my Visa Debit card and apparently the purchase was successful and I even received an invoice in my email, yet the subscription was not active and every time I log in and out of the online account page, I receive a message in blue "Welcome! Your ESO Plus™ membership has expired. Click here to set up your renewal.".

I have even logged in and out of the game multiple times, clicked repair on my client to no avail. Please can the support team resolve this issue for me? I can provide all the private details required via PM and or Email.
