Requesting Character Load

Welp, apparently it's been happening to everyone else but me... UNTIL THIS WEEK.
I log into ESO, select my character, and it sits at "Requesting Character Load" for 2 minutes and then boots me back to the logon screen saying "An error has occured. Please wait a few minutes and log in again."
Troubleshooting has included the "Clear out mods" solution the Devs have mentioned For note I do not run any mods. I have also run the repair utility and that has failed. I then uninstalled Elder Scrolls online completely and then reinstalled it overnight. The problem persists.
Prior to this latest crown crate dropping I have had absolutely no issues with ESO. Does anyone have any further troubleshooting I might be able to do?

We just need to reboot the server to resolve an issue where some PC EU players aren't able to log in. It shouldn't take more than an hour or two.0
