Do the event rewards seem rather silly?

Honestly the best event I have ever had in my MMO life. Can get motifs and furniture plans I have probably never planned to buy, if I get a duplicated I will just sell them. Can get loads of transmutate crystals, mats etc. Amazaing event I have to say. I have limited time to play so I mostly do writs on 9 chars + trying to level up my 9th char so. BEST EVENT EVER!

Its an anniversary event, a thank you from ZoS/Bethesda for 4 years. Yes, go do what you do and we will give you some nice stuff. I swear, you are why we can't have nice things. Only on this forum would someone complain about getting good drops????

I'm a big fan of this event. Got my crafters prepped, my main popped 4 motifs out of 6 and two writs, one 94, one 76 which I've never gotten before? Plus tons of alchemy mats which I was running low on. Just my two cents

I'm only in it for the cake (100% exp for 2 hours).

Going from level 50 to CP425+ in a single level left me with a ton of skills I need to get busy with.

This event was extremely perfect timing for me.

Nope, I am still not doing any dailies I dont normally do...and I am not even doing most of the ones I do normally do(nothing will ever get me to do the hated crafting writs again...especially the master writs). In short, I am just not interested in their daily quest promotion, I don't care what the rewards are

I've farmed and spent millions of gold on nearly every motif in game, most (if not all) of these are repeats, and I'm LOVING this event. I'm mailing Motifs to friends, guildmates, an occasional stranger, whomever I feel. It's nice to break the mold a bit, give people chances to get rarer motifs and generally see happy people. That being said, the silliest part of this event is the worm cult drop rate.

The rewards are very useful, the only silly thing is locking the WC motif behind a time-limited RNG wall. It puts stress on those who want to collect it for the crafting achievement, and to use it in their outfits, and grinding the dailies sucks out any enthousiasm for the event.

I would say most of the Anniversary awards are pretty useful. The other events on the other hand like the Jester Festival with the Banners, or Witches Festival with burned branches... and New Life with the endless Mud balls and such .

I just run everything on my main ... ALTs are really just there for me to try something new every now and again and remember why I love my main

That was taken from the announcement page. So are we always to receive something ‘special’? Because the huge majority of my boxes only have crafting materials. Now although crafting materials are helpful, I’d really like to be getting ANYTHING more than that alone. After the dozens of boxes I’ve opened, I’ve only got 1 motif, and that’s it. Everything else is just crafting materials.
I’m not complaining (ok, maybe a little!), I just want to make sure that’s the way it is and my rng is just crap. Because reading the posts y’all have made makes me think these boxes are amazing.

I got 12 motifs, 7 furnishing plans, some nirn and transmute crystals the first 2 days. I would say the droprate is rather good.

I’m getting bananas and alchemical resin so I won’t be wrecking the economy anytime soon.

The plus side is that PS4 NA seems to be alive again. ZOS should consider running the event year round so it stays that way.

I remember this from last year. ZOS has a very different definition for "special" and "rare" than your average player. A green quality crafting material, for example bugloss, is "rare". Furniture crafting materials are "rare".

Not that I'm complaining, mind you - but there it is. You get a box with 20 bugloss and 20 bananas - that's as advertised - crafting material and a "rare" crafting item.

Silly is buying every Vvardenfell map in guild traders and STILL not finding a single BA motif page.

This event is a Godsend from RNGesus for putting up with his crap everyday.
