Remove XP Potion/Scroll

So I was using a 50% xp scroll I get during leveling, and then decided to switch to a Mythical XP Pot. I literally couldn't remove the scroll. It kept saying I can use both...which I get. I wanted to remove the scroll and use the higher xp pot, and I couldn't override it in any way. What?! Give me a warning but let me take the freakin' potion. I was trying to get max xp boost in the final hour of the festival and missed out on 100% xp. ZOS!

They should let you use the XP scrolls and the XP drinks at the same time...

AND, they should be MULTIPLICATIVE, not additive! I'm tired of felling cheated when i pay 25K gold for an XP drink.

You can still use the 100% scroll. You didn't miss out on anything.

I was using the pie and a 50% scroll. I tried to override the scroll with a 150% potion, and it wouldn't let me override it or remove the scroll. I was stuck with the 50% scroll once I took it.

It's a safety, actually. If you could right-click character sheet it, there'd be a lot more upset people for losing the remaining time on their scroll/potion.
Just because you don't like the way something is doesn't necessarily make it wrong...

    Earn it.

Dunno if it works on the XP Pots, but most self applied buffs can be removed by going to your character screen, scrolling to the bottom and right clicking on the buff in question.

I'm on console, but I tried to remove it. Didn't work.

Jubilee event starts in a few days. It will be longer and includes another exp boost. So you have plenty of time to use your exp boosters

Sorry to necro this thread, however, I am suffering same problem.

How do I remove a 50% xp pot to use a 150% xp pot?

Right clicking the buff icon in the stats menu, I guess.

I wish you could use multiple of the same scroll to extend the time instead of having to check how many seconds it has left during dungeons..

You dont. You have to wait for the existing one to expire.

Turn on the long term buff indicators and you dont have to guess.

You can do this with the Anniversery Bonuses, but I dont think it works with scrolls or pots

Sorry for necro but same problem here.

I bought a Mystical Ambrosia to use because I still have some time of the jubilee buff active and I wanted a big boost. Sadly, I can't remove the scroll XP buff so I wasted 30k buying the mystical ambrosia and the scroll buff will end after the jubilee buff :frowning:

    Necro again.

By mistake I've used the smaller scroll and now I have to wait 2 hours to finally use the bigger scroll.. Seriously???

Seeing comments from 2018 in here, why is this still a thing?

ZOS please for the love of QoL god, add a right click drop down menu to remove the effect. @ZOS_GinaBruno
