Three days ago I purchased an ESO Plus membership. The membership did not become active within half an hour, but I received an email confirming the purchase, and my CC was charged. I opened a ticket. The next day, I received a response that there was an issue, and my ticket had been escalated to the proper level agent to correct my issue. Two days later and I have still not heard a thing, and my account is still not flagged for what I purchased.

I'm posting here because I can't seem to get any other response. How long do they typically take to address or correct an account issue? Is no response typical to multiple inquiries into the issue?

Yeah, I'm frustrated as I had time available to play over the 5 days after my purchase, and that time is quickly slipping away. Hopefully either a moderator will see this message, or some others will respond to my inquiries about what to expect from open tickets.

Just want to play the game I paid for.
