Now I love this game and all, but I've seen people complain about support many times, and honestly you need to do better in this area, after all events like these can shape your public image. Maybe take a look, help them out if you can, and try to fix whatever causes double purchases. Now I can't vouch for what those people have done. Maybe they pressed the wrong button somewhere idk, sometimes people do stupid things, if that's the case review your store interface maybe make it more user friendly... I have no issue with it as it is, but if this keeps happening it can paint an ugly picture, after all it's in your interest for that not to happen.

Thanks for reading, and I hope something is done about this, I want this game to grow, but it never will, in a healthy way. if you don't put in the effort on all fronts.

    i have sent many of support tickets in to ESO support, upon which i got a response every single time. this guy failed to be persistent in his pursuit to resolve the situation.
