So is this true? If i roll a new character, and drop 120 into the lover, does this really unlock account wide? Then i can just remove them and put them elsewhere? Or do i need to leave them in? Or is this a typo? Anyone know?

Haha, no. You get the effect on the character you have spent 120 points into lover and only as long as you have 120 points in lover. Same as for any other CP passive.

That wording, whereever it comes from, is seriously misleading.

You sure that this boni is accountwide? I cant look it up atm ingame, but i doubt that this is true somehow. But if this is written like this, it should be true. Should be easy to test this then. When you are low health start sprinting and look into the combat log. Then put 120cp into that tree, try again. If nothing happens, you already unlocked this once. If your health recovery is better, it works. Then take those cps out once more and check again if the bonus is still there.

OH this isnt from ingame...
Then yeah, 120 cps are needed to unlock and its only active, when they stay there. Also it only affects one character, not accountwide.
