Is there a way to PM a user on the forum?

This might belong in general help so sorry if it should be there but my question is based around eso so I’m not sure. Either way I see a comment box when I go to the person’s page but I’m not sure if that’s a PM or if it’s public. I didn’t want to make an entire thread for my question but now it seems I have this thread instead.

Also I did do a quick search and didn’t find anything with the key term “Private Message on Forum” so I’m not sure.

Click on their name and then choose 'message'.

And you can search for a user if you only remember part of their name, then use the Message button as described above

Ok now when I do that it takes me too their profile and there is a comment box at the bottom below the info for insightful agree and awesome? Is that it.

Also I’m on a phone so would that impact things?

I'm not sure if PM is available on mobile. I don't think it is actually.

Edit: Looks like you can PM people back but there doesn't seem to be a way to initiate the convo on mobile.

Message button should be towards top right of screen. However, a user can disable it if they don't want to get messages.

Ok, I figured it out. In order to message people on mobile you have to go to the full site. On the mobile one the Message button does not show up. Thank you everyone for your help!
