Will the new expansion be closed again?

U participated in the morrowind closed pts. reported a few things. one of which was quickly fixed the same week. if the new pts is going to be closed will the same people recieve invites to it or different this time around

It's likely but hasn't been confirmed yet. Gina did mention it will be starting in mid-April, so it will be a few weeks yet regardless. I'd expect more news after PAX East, unless they announce it there.
