I have every single item listed except for the Vvardenfell furnishings and the new dungeon mushrooms. I've looted thousands of chests/lockboxes/nodes in Vvardenfell, and to-date, have found just the Velothi Triptych, Waterfall. Given that ridiculous drop-rate, I don't waste my time there anymore.

After reading the list, I thought that I should do more lockbox/treasure chest farming in Vvardenfell. But, if you've opened that many with only one item to show for it, I don't think I'll worry about it.

I've opened only a few dozen lockboxes in Vvardenfell, and even the master ones only ever gave me gold and a green item.

At least you got one of the triptychs.

This is correct. Coldharbour Glowstalks drop from harvest nodes in at least all the base game zones.

There are also a few you can get from an Argonian character who appears in Outlaw Refuges after reaching Lvl 4 in Dark Brotherhood and taking the passive Shadowy Supplier.
She will give you one gift each day of your choosing.
Each gift choice has chance to drop a furnishing.

There are 4 possible furnishings:
Picking Toxins conversation option may give you Poisoned Blood, looks like a test tube of blood
Taking the Equipment option may reward a Sacrificial Heart, looks like a bloody heart
The Less Noticeable option may reward Light and Shadow, is a skull with a candle on top or the Candles of Silence, a group of red bottles with candles.

These are all bind on pickup.
Less Noticeable options seem most rare. I've been taking these daily for about two years, I probably have 2 dozen blood vials, a dozen hearts, but only maybe 2 or 3 of the skull or candles.

I got both the wall mirror and the rolling pin from containers in the Rimmen Mages/Fighters guild.

Must be a very rare drop indeed. Not that I would ever want to represent the sixth house...
