Why do you need to walk fast while you hide behind stacked shields and massive healing?

Streak for Sorcs
Wings for DK
Swiftness for Warden
Templars already have purge
Snares are annoying and the counters for them is few and have some limitation to them (Forward Momentum is behind 2h, Shuffle needs 5 medium armor and Purge is expensive). Making snare removal more common would help balance it out and be less of a problem.

Reduce the ranged snares and the rest will figure itself out.
No reason to have 41m range snares and roots. Especially the powerfull ones.

How do you guys catch them now? Considering how many people currently run snare counter abilities, I don't see how this argument holds up. Practically every Stamina Build is already using Forward Momentum/Shuffle and practically every magic character is a Vampire just for Mist. The ones that don't use these are DoA and that will continue to be the case even if every class gets a snare removal.

Stamina builds lose out on either heavy armor , or their only burst heal to do so.
Only exception here is warden with their mushroom heals , but lets be honest warden is an overloaded class anyways.
If you're not giving away anything for snare removal, then there is no point to having snares anyways.
