Where's the PC collector's edition on BestBuy.com?

Will Best Buy not stock the PC collector's edition? The Xbox/Playstation listings are live and https://www.elderscrollsonline.com/en-us/joinus has Best Buy as an option for the PC version?
I want that 20% discount since Amazon stopped giving them to collector's editions last year.
Difficulty scaling is desperately needed. 10 years. 7 paid expansions. 22 DLCs. 40 game changing updates including A Realm Reborn-tier overhaul of the game including a permanent CP160 gear cap and ridiculous power creep thereafter. I'm sick and tired of hearing about Cadwell Silver&Gold as a "you think you do but you don't"-tier deflection to any criticism regarding the lack of overland difficulty in the vast majority of this game.

    I noticed this too, but yesterday they had none, and at first they only had a couple editions, so I'm assuming they're just late to the party.

    Hope that's the case. BestBuy.ca has it listed for PC and I'd imagine inventory is shared between US/CA

    Sku 6220518 is ps4 regular, 6220519 is pc reg, no sku for xb1 regular
    6220520 is xb1 ce, 6220521 doesn't exist (placeholder for pc ce?), 6220522 is ps4 ce
