Sumerset isle pre purchase-Morrowind

So I just pre purchased the Sumerset isle upgrade on PS4 but when I go into the game it says I need to buy morrowind. Thought it came free with pre purchase of sumerset isle?

✭✭✭✭✭It should have. According to the sale page, Morrowind should be available immediately upon pre-purchase.
"Pre-purchase your digital upgrade to receive immediate access to the Nightmare Senche Mount and a bonus copy of the Morrowind Chapter for a limited time*. Also includes the Queen's Bounty Pack pre-purchase content."
and "Immediately receive a bonus copy of Morrowind & the Nightmare Senche Mount with your digital pre-purchase*"
