Purchased the Morrowind Digital Collector's Edition but I can't play Morrowind content!

I submitted a ticket yesterday but it is still awaiting an agent so I figured since it's been 24 hours with no word I would ask here. I purchased the PC Morrowind Digital Collector's Edition earlier this week and downloaded it overnight while at work. I got off work and slept and finally played some yesterday, however, I am unable to play the Morrowind Chapter and on my character screen it says upgrade to the Morrowind chapter. I have my extra stuff from the collector's edition such as the dog, horse, crowns, and etc. But I can't play the actually game and was looking forward to playing it since I am a returning player(xbox). Any help would be appreciated!

Please check your inbox for an update on your ticket and your issue with accessing Morrowind.

I checked my support tab and did not see any update to my ticket. Also I checked my in-game mailbox and did not see any mail about it. On my character selection screen it still shows me in the bottom left corner to "upgrade to the morrowind chapter".
