Any update on the Nightmare Senche issue?

Yesterday I, and it seems several others who pre-ordered Summerset (In my case digital CE Upgrade for PS4) have not received the Nightmare Senche. Is there any others still having this issue, or is it currently being worked on? I have sent in a support ticket yesterday but sadly nothing yet. Sorry if this has been asked a lot already.

I have, I have checked the collections as well as relogging in (It's been this way since yesterday). I checked a few moments ago and still nothing is there.

That's odd that seemed to have fixed it for most others not sure what happened there maybe pending payment still?

I had no issues on XB so this seems to be a PS4 issue

I have also checked that, the money was successfully spent. The same issue is still going on with my wife as well as a friend of ours. We received the confirmation of the purchase, we all received the theme, etc. But no senche. I suppose I will just have to wait and see if they get back to me on the support ticket ^^;

Yeah you should be able to get it eventually they won't let you just not have it

it's an issue across all platforms. I'm PC NA and have not received mine yet either. Seems to be hit and miss. Some have gotten it others haven't yet.

Apologies if there is an obvious answer to this (I am new to the forums) but do you know if there is anyone in the forums who could assist any? Or are the moderators not directly able to assist?

Same for me also. Bought it yesterday on PS4 na and I still dont have the mount, just the theme.
