Purchased Physical Collectors Edition of Summerset on Amazon, how to get access to preorder bonuses?

I purchased the Summerset Physical Collectors Edition on Amazon. How can I get access to the preorder bonuses before launch? Amazon does not give me a code to use.

I paid 89.99 and am a Prime Member. I saw no discount.

Amazon changed their Prime preorder policy sometime in the past year to not apply to collector's editions. So no additional discount.

Man, well if that's the case, what a bummer! I too was expecting to receive perhaps a promo code to use under ESO account page like I did for original collectors edition. And as others said, as Prime it was still $89.99. I just was really looking forward to riding that new Senche! I sent support an email earlier today, but no reply back yet. I assume they probably got millions of people sending in the same support question.

I tried to read that support article, but all I get is a page saying it's not available. Would be good to know if anyone else finds info about it. At the moment, the place I ordered the Physical Collector's Edition from (EB Games NZ) is saying PC release is June 5 (which is after it's meant to be) and that pre-ordered games will be shipped to be delivered on that date, meaning I would definitely miss out on playing at release.

Also, still seems a bit *** that the most expensive version of the game doesn't have any way to get the Sench mount now when all cheaper versions do.

Lasy tear Zeni gave us the early access b ts if we emailed a copy of reciept or screen grab of purchase. I dont know if that will happen again though.

Sorry. This won't happen this time. All will be available on launch. When pre-ordering physical version, you won't get the sanche anyway.
