The "do you know how long I've been looking for you" was cute the first time. After the 17000th time, I want to kill her. She's even running up and yelling at me while I'm talking to other quest givers! For the love of Mara, please let us tell her "later" - WITHOUT TAKING HER QUEST. Then just have her sit somewhere so I can find her later, IF I CHOOSE TO. All the other "interrupting" quest givers were fixed, why is Stuga still running up to me 5-6 times when I'm in the Zone 1 major city???

She's not the only one - there is still the guy who chases you around Riften shouting "HALT!!! I was sent for you!". There is also a quest chaser on Stros M'Kai.

Personally, what I do is do just the invitation to Orsinium quest, which will end on the steps of the hall in Orsinium city, then I leave the mother sitting on the steps and come back to it later - you just need to remember that you pick up orsiniums quest chain on the steps there.

Just accept the quest, then ignore it or postpone it till you feel like doing it. Problem solved.

Wow, didn't read my sig did you. Yes, about 8 times, and I've completed Wrothgar 6 times. Not that it should matter - so what if I have DLC I don't feel like doing? The quest shouldn't be shoved in my face every 10 steps.

So, just accept 5-8, or more, quests I don't really want, to sit in my log forever. That's a... solution. It's also stupid. Why not fix the quest giver? I don't like tons of quests in my logs, and I do PvE but don't do all the quests.

The quest givers in Craglorn haven't assaulted anyone since Update16 (or before)...why can't that be applied to the other zones?

    Period.

This has been covered several other times on the forums...kinda funny how the other times all the comments were "Yes, please fix this!" and now it's "just deal and shut up (implied ***)"

Stuga hit a new low for me the other day, she stalled out right in the doorway to the daggerfall woodworker/alchemy area and I had to duck out through the side and a pile of logs to actually get out.

I'd believe it. She ran up to me while I was doing the Vulkhel Guard quest and her audio went right over the Watch Captain's.

I can't tell anymore if you lot are being intentionally thick or trying to be funny. It's a helluva lot easier to talk to her and burn through her dialogue. If not that, just run passed her.

Hell, I just went to some of the aforementioned zones and Stuga doesn't even follow me that far into the city - barely beyond the wayshrines. Her presence isn't that noticeable, much less inconvenient going to and fro certain places in a city.

The guy in Riften is even more annoying. He's on top of you like stink on a monkey, and you can't get rid of him without accepting his quest. At least Stuga stands back from you a little bit. Riften guy is stuck directly on you like glue. He has no concept of personal space.

I have a workaround option. New account - don't get ESO+, don't buy DLC. Stuga erased.

    {insert beat-dead-stuga-gif-here}

I know, it's so outlandish no one has ever thought of it before. Another, as I like to call them creative-self-help solution would be to record the game sound prior - e.g. on a character Stuga doesn't talk to anymore - then turn sound off, tape playback activated - enjoy stuga-free ... well squint a little.

Need creative-self-help solutions, think Rouven. Read my sig now.

I'm sure Stuga is on a list somewhere and will be dealt with accordingly. Just hang in there. o:)

Probably the most irritating NPC in the game, an honor originally taken from some lady in Craglorn.

My personal favorite is when she decends on a brand new alt.

"Yes, Stuga, I do know how long you've been looking for me, considering I just came into existence exactly /played ago..."

You kinda start to understand why Wrothgar got invaded so many times through the years.
Just because you don't like the way something is doesn't necessarily make it wrong...

    Earn it.

IRL'ing for a while for assorted reasons, in forum, and in game.

Joking aside, I'm with you. She does get annoying. If she'd just stay in one place like most other quest givers, I wouldn't care.
