Expansion of npc guilds

i would like to see some expansion of the npc guilds beyond skill lines.
i would like to see chat functions installed and also guild traders with the limitations of 15 items per account (and higher guild "taxes") and only one guild chat at a time. A quest of course would be required to change your focus guild to another one.
there's a lot of solo players in this game and also people that come and go like myself sometimes and most player guilds have activity rules and whatnot so i think there's an empty space to be filled here that could help bring players together somewhat in a very passive way.
