Dodge is broken in vet scale caller

The only way to survive the statue poison is to be standing on the edge and walk out. Dodge rolling is guaranteed death. Your dead body can be lying 2 matters outside of the aoe.

Couple this with the almost complete lack of reaction time, means being more the 1 foot in the aoe is certain death.

Fight near the statues and call out where the poison is gonna go. The statues seem to calculate where your position a little early.

Dodge itself is kinda broken.

It isn't updating your position throughout the animation, so even if it looks like you are out of an AOE it still hits.

The mechanics are dumb

Not Scalecaller issue.

(Probably) Any AoE works that way now (not sure when it started happening). You dodge out of them you will get hit until you land. You dodge INTO them you wont get hit until you land.

They mentioned somewhere, that you have to finish dodging to be safe.

I think it would be good if the poison AoE took like 0.3sec longer to actually go off.

While we’re at it..... the spout CC doesn’t always work (perhaps it’s just taking 1-2sec to grant immunity to the poison?), the laser beam CC seems to be a tiny bit further ahead than what’s visually displayed, and the synergy effect from Spellbreaker should activate immediately rather than after 1-2 seconds.

Fixing these issues would make Scalecaller HM a bit easier and def more enjoyable. Atm it feels so off that many players are convinced this fight is actually bugged.
