nice assertion.And NB can increase incoming healing for allies with class ulti so that’s 3 of the 4 other classes that have class access to 30% healing increase when originally it was unique to Templar and now it has been removed from the class.
that is Major Vitality, which increasing your healing received by 30% for 4 seconds. completely differat buff and completely different use case, you cant spam an ulti and it is not major mending.
