(SOLVED) Am I able to unlink my eso account from my steam account?

I have an eso account that I made on the website here, that is also linked to my steam account. I do not wish to use that ESO account and will delete that eso account. I was wondering if you could unlink that so I can link my main account? Is that possible? Who do I write a support ticket to and what category?
