With the audacity of "brush him aside" haha clueless this guy Mannimarco isn't just a necromancer and Lich, he almost took over Tamriel in ESO if it wasn't for the vestige, and done so by fooling Molag Bal.

To be entirely fair to Lamae Bal, Mannimarco goes through phases of epicness to lackluster, unless you subscribe to the theory that Daggerfall/Oblivion had different dragon-broke Mannimarcos.

Lamae bal is even older then that, plus as others are turned under her bloodline, she becomes stronger as she her self told us and she's been around since the Nedics thats potentially thousands upon thousands of vampires under her bloodline

Where does Lame Bal say she becomes stronger as others are turned? I can't find that in the lore or the quest dialogue.

Mannimarco... He does succeed in the end and become a living God. Even if she is the first vampire, she is still a vampire fighting a God.

However, if we are talking about Mannimarco in the 2nd Era (ESO's) then it is more of a fair fight and would be interesting.

If She wants to fight a deidric prince she needs to back it up, unlike mannimarco who needed to trick molag and failed, I have no doubt in my mind she is stronger then the Vestige when he/she was powered by the amulet of kings, the same Vestige that defeated molag bal in combat

Actually, lore wise, his power is his own power. Mannimarco is extremely powerful at magic and has done many things, as well as been the cause of many disasters over Tamriel's history. He is even the source of black soul gems in Oblivion and Skyrim (discounting the Soul Cairn which is currently unknown on why we can get black soul gems from Soul Cairn).

He has a powerful and long lasting influence on Tamriel and even became a god. I wouldn't say his power is his followers...

Mannimarco has the distinction of also becoming some kind of monstrous divinity. I just don't think you can get rid of him. Its possible Lamae could appear in later games though.

No but seriously, you are going to take the self-aggrandizing boasts of a millennia old psychopath who created a cult of personality around herself at face value? I really don't think Lamae Bal's personal power grows as she creates more vampires. Otherwise, she wouldn't be hiding in some crumbling ruin in a pocket plane of Oblivion while Worm Cultists infest her halls. Seriously, all she does is sit in her spooky blood bath all night, and relive her super tragic past, then yell at religious sculptures.

Besides the admittedly impressive feat of being the (alleged) first vampire, and progenitor of the Illiac Bay vampire bloodlines, she hasn't actually DONE anything in the multiple eras she has existed. Succeed or fail, Mannimarco has at least had an intentional impact on the world, rather than just be a product of someone elses' schemes.

Beyond that, Lamae Bal is undead. Manimarco is a necromancer. Necromancers control the undead. He'd be a terrible necromancer if he didn't have specialized magic for dealing with undead. So I give the win to Manimarco. Even if he does fail spectacularly in his schemes. At least he has them.
