He pretty much stated our class issues. He listed out our counters, and then said “Keep these in mind the next time you decide Sorc needs a nerf”. He didn’t at any time say “nerf these they’re killing my poor widdle Sorc!”

Did you even read it? Or are you bandwagon jumping with the other guys who didn’t either?

The part where he compared stamina versus magicka sets really hit on point. ZOS goes and nerfs Amberplasm and then barely takes a sideways look at the stamina sets available. We don’t want to nerf stamina sets, we want comparable sets of our own.

Welp, "Undo" is confirmed the Psijic Ultimate, and no word on Spell Crafting. I think our hopes for a new damage ultimate are out the window for the time being.

I don’t think so. It highly depends on ultimate cost. Streaking 4 times in a row is still almost snipe range.

Timestop seems interesting.

Freeze the passage of time at a specific location. Should you catch your enemies within this ability, they'll be slowed and eventually frozen in place, giving you the opportunity to make your move!

If it's not trivial to just dodge roll out of it, it could function as delayed burst CC. I have a feeling it's not going to be that good though.

That sounds a lot like permafrost though, and I guess it will be a single target skill.

I'm fond of the Pet and Overload suggestions at least.

I do think for dps should be more rewarding to use pets if have such cast time and requirements on bars.

I find there's still issue with twlight morph as one can heal while one does more damage. I see more dps take the heal over dps morph. So maybe it's good to look at this.

I think underlined issue with rarity in sorc tanks is because there pet sucks. I personally think would be better if they would have it target enemies they want. So if have mage or Archer in way then there's that pet to keep distracted. Would be nice if it could interrupt enemies or something for effect. Still kinda look at this pet in limbo.

I don't find pets getting stuck in doors anymore.

I don't think bound aegies is worth it if you compare to warden ulimate that gives 8% Magicka and never needs toggle. I say let magicka stay.

Currently though let's can be interrupted in cast time, steal buffs like spell power cure. They are very bad in PvP or maybe that just me.


Overlord change of bars isn't as bad as it used be. I don't when but definitely gotten a lot smoother.

Overlord as dps skill might need be revisited. Haven't seen any dps users of this in a long time. Considering you have use it with care and store. This my be part of problem when people say sorc has no dps variety.

Concussion + lighting wall gives double resources back. I personally think sustain is fine here.

Jewelry crafting makes heavy armor even stronger as sets like Seventh and Fury will now have robust jewelry. It also makes Sorc relatively weaker and more pigeon-holed as we do not wear craftet sets and I can not see us being able to give up Arcane for any other traits. We shall soon see.

we need a damage boost first and foremost before we can begin to think about changing the jewelry up.
