IIRC its 0.2% per radient apex.

I've seen about a half dozen of that nightblade looking red sabre senche that I wish I had - keeps ticking me off lol. I've also seen one of the lightning horse so far.

I got a Galvanic Storm Steed in the 15 crates I purchased hoping for a couple of the circlets. I got all my circlets too! The horse is kind of not my style but I'm using it on my sorcerer for now in the hopes that it grows on me.
