I also couldn't see anything directly Summerset in the links, so I was asking if I am just missing it or it was speculation.
I believe we're due an ESO Live this week as well, which could be something.

The new DLCs were all added on Jan 31, and the packages were added on Jan 31 or Feb 28.
All the new packages contain 799520, so that's probably the base Summerset
Then for each of them there's one package with 799522, and one without, so that's likely the collectors version
799521 and 799524 only show up on the packages with Summerset and Morrowind, so either it's some bonus for getting both expansions together, or some technical thing I don't understand1 -

Could be preorder. Morrowind had a preorder bonus, Summerset will most likely have it as well.1 -

I totally agree even though I never really liked the "Tamriel Unlimited" tag-on. The Elder Scrolls Online was all it ever needed in terms of marketing and conveying what the game is. The constant name changes make it seem like a different game or sequel to those people who aren't in the know and, in my opinion, only confuse new/future players. With that being said, I do like the changes they have made for the most part in terms of gameplay and adding content...with exception to additions like the chump crates. Please remove that trash.2 -

They change it every year so far.....why.....shrug maybe marketing or the need for new sku for retail stores....

One should hope “they” learned but what are the results of ZOS learning from it?
We were discussing this in a closed Xbox one x Scorpio topics weeks ago about companies who sale exclusive limited edition physical items tied to gaming that often result in the customer paying for nothing.
When electronics have issues in these early batches, the customer never gets the exclusive item replaced, they get the non exclusive versions back at best.
Personally I’d hope that ZOS “learned” means they would build the exclusives on ingame digital bonuses only.
While there is a huge market for limited physical items, it’s a really bad concept to tie those to the game packages.
I personally would’ve spent the money on my digital collectors edition and purchase the limited physical items seperately if it were offered.
Many others would do the same because the bundle has so many limitations and no one can predict and fulfill unexpected demands in this way.

I think there is a place for physical items as a lot of people still love to display them but there are issues with physical products always (stock, delays etc.)
I know for SWTOR I got the expensive collectors edition because of the Darth Malgus which came with it, however that was a Gentle Giant statue so the quality compared to ESO's statues is vastly superior.
