my eso account doesn't exist anymore?

SO I haven't played eso in over 4 years. I pre order the game, played it for like a month maybe and never played it again. I wanted to play it again recently but I can't log on for some reason
I found an old email for a reset password thingy and was able to get another email sent back so i could reset my password log on to my account again. that ended up working for the forum but it I still can't access the my account on the main website so i can install the game and play. also it says my account name on the forums is soulsocietynumber1ub17_ESO. now for some reason. If i remember correctly i had 3 accounts, one named the dragonborn, one named sheoragorath, and another named tobuscus. I believe my user id may have been sheoragorath too but I don't know if it was or not.
