Free scalecaller crates?

I played all three days of the event yet only received two of the three crates, I was wondering why that is?

Central means the event was going on from 6pm Thursday (March 8th) to 7pm Sunday (March 11th) Central time.
Also, in case it was forgotten, you did have to kill an enemy NPC or monster during each of those three (3) days.
If you feel you cleared all those hurdles send in a customer service ticket through the website (for ZOS to investigate).
