Need Help with Outfit Slot

I didn't realize that they were character only and bought it on the wrong character, I was wanting to use the second slot on a different character of mine than what I bought it on. Is there anyway that I can get this slot moved over to the correct character?

✭✭They really need to make the outfit slots accountwide.
I wonder how many people bought the slot, thinking it would apply to all their characters only to discover afterwards that it's not the case.0
