Morrowind is a chapter, not a DLC. You'll have to purchase it separately.
Just because you don't like the way something is doesn't necessarily make it wrong...

    Earn it.

IRL'ing for a while for assorted reasons, in forum, and in game.
I am neither warm, nor fuzzy...
Probably has checkbox on Customer Service profile that say High Aggro, 99% immunity to BS

No, you will not get morrowind for subbing.

Morrowind is a chapter and despite the obvious similarity to a DLC (i.e. Wrothgar), a chapter has to be bought seperately.

    edit: forgot to tag @Depechenova

edit edit: However, you may enjoy the old intro when starting a new toon :)

and another one: You can also enjoy all DLCs for free while subbing and since you missed basicaly all of them (IC, Thieves guild, Dark brotherhood, wrothga and the dungeon DLCs you will have quite alot to catch up to)

Morrowind isn't included in ESO+ because it's a chapter and not a DLC

then why doesn't it recognise that my account is active, why are they trying to get me to activate a new subscription when buying it, when my account is active and seems not to see the original account?

when you buy it, you enter the code on the website, logged into your existing account. Or alternately buy it directly from the website while logged into it with your existing account.

If you are in game at the time, quit and reopen.

Are you on console or pc? The pop-up for buying morrowind on consoles (the 40$ version) is basically having you buy the whole game plus morrowind. There's another option in the PlayStation store you have to manually search for that's only 20$ and upgrades your current game to morrowind.
    PS4 / NA
    M'asad - Khajiit Nightblade - Healer
Pakhet - Khajiit Dragonknight - Tank
Raksha - Khajiit Sorcerer - Stamina DPS
Bastet - Khajiit Templar - Healer
Leonin - Khajiit Warden - Tank

Ok ty for the response, also another question last time in 2014 I subbed for 180 days, says on my billing I should get crown crates for each month, but when I logged in, there was only 1500 of them :( sorry typo (Loyalty Crown Reward)

You need to be buying it on the same platform as your original account, if you originally played on PC you will need a separate account if you now wish to play (and buy Morrowind) on console. Also, you need to be sure that if you are playing the game through Steam you buy Morrowind through Steam, or if you are playing the game through ZOS you buy Morrowind through ZOS. Finally, I'm not sure what your position would be in terms of subscribing and buying Morrowind if you were trying to do so on a beta account, others may be better able to advise on that.

When you sub you get 1500 crowns per month, with a 180 day sub, you get them all at once.

If you are sure you had a 180 day sub, and didn;t get your crowns, log a support request.

Tandor is probably on the money though. It sounds like you are using a different account, as you just resubbed, and you would have received 1500 crowns with the new sub.

For Morrowind, it is not a sub, it is a once off purchase.

ZOS started giving crown rewards to their subs when the game went buy to play
There is no rewards for the period when sub was mandatory.

If you didn't have any subscriber time going into Tamriel Unlimited, it was 500 base crowns plus 100 crowns for each 30 days. So 1100 by your estimate.

The billing statement doesn't list those crown amounts. It would just say Loyalty Crown Reward, with a code, posted sometime in mid March of 2015. Probably more than one transaction as they were awarded in batches.

But those rewards are consistent with your actual billing history so things like payment errors and invalid codes found after you took your hiatus could have affected the amount rewarded.

ESO+ is occasionally advertised on all accounts, even those with ESO+ already active.

Ok most things seem to be correct then. Morrowwind is now active on the original account, I just wanted to make sure that it wouldn't activate 2 accounts, all seems well for now, Tyvm for your responses Now for the hard work remembering what is what spells etc relearning the game all over again, its like sitting an exam :) no doubt i'll get back into the swing of things, though theres a lot to take in, ty all again for your time
