So, my PS4 died...

During day 3 of me levelling (by actually questing and playing) my first alt in 2 years, a surge occurs (yes I use a surge protector but surge was so minor it didnt trigger). The playstation 4 shuts down, my fan slows down, the clock on the microwave remains untouched. Once the fan resumes regular speed I realise, nay, my PS4 appears to be a brick now. After hours of searching for fixes nothing worked.
Since I basically only play ESO anyway, I might just go buy a PS4 Pro. Is it better for running ESO and will I be able to play in my account if I do?

✭Yes the pro is slightly better in performance and a lot better if you combine it with SSD.
If you are like me playing only ESO , buy 256gb SSD and use your HDD as an external for the ps4 or for your PC if you have one .Edited by RouDeR on March 6, 2018 2:00PM0 -

Sawzallz✭✭✭Top left of the PS4 there's a cover take it off and grab the hard drive out, and I didn't really read the whole post but If it can turn on run it in safe mode, i would check if you have a warranty
But I love my PS4 pro easy to clean, better graphics1
